All I can say is we are here for this new single and music video! Wiz Khalifa proves yet again he is a genius. More importantly he proves that he has not lost his mettle. Although it was just last year (Khalifa debuted on February 5, 2016 to be exact) it feels like forever since we have had an album from this amazing artist. This video had everyone in it, and we loved seeing all the different artists making appearances; in particular Demi Lovato. Girl, when’s your next album dropping!?

Ty Dolla $ign is always a welcomed addition to any track. He is probably one of the few rappers from this new wave of rap and hip-hop we actually have respect for. He and Wiz are definitely giving us “Something New” (pun definitely intended) with this song and we could not be happier.

What do you guys think of the new music video? Hot or not? Let us know in the comments section below! Happy viewing and head bobbing! Read the lyrics below!

[Intro: Wiz Khalifa]
Right now, I’m down
I be with the Hitmaker
So, hol’ up

[Chorus: Ty Dolla $ign]
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
‘Cause I can’t stop loving you (Oh yeah)
Since I got a taste of your love (Oh yeah)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh, woah)

[Verse 1: Wiz Khalifa]
God damn, you know who I am
Try to be on the low, but you ain’t slow
Keep my shirt open, eyes low
Get a lot of paper, I know
But you ain’t into that
You like real facts
Like, if you show love, you gon’ get it back
Like, if you fuck good, you gon’ get it back
Like, if you cook, wanna a real nigga that
Gon’ rep ’till that pussy like (Uhh uhh)
We can go and get a private room
We could fuck for one night, ain’t gotta jump the broom
Say your nigga, chill

[Chorus: Ty Dolla $ign]
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
‘Cause I can’t stop loving you (Oh yeah)
Since I got a taste of your love (Oh yeah)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh, woah)

[Verse 2: Ty Dolla $ign]
I can tell you ain’t from ’round here
All that body, baby, it’s not fair
Pull up on that ass in a drop, yeah
That’s your ex, nigga? I’m dead
Lookin’ for a real one? You found him
California King, we gon’ go bounce on it
No doubt, yeah
Leave your legs shaking
I might sing to that pussy like la-da-da-di-da (Di, yeah)
Girl, your shit so classic, it don’t need no features (No, ooh Yeah)

[Chorus: Ty Dolla $ign]
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
‘Cause I can’t stop loving you (Oh yeah)
Since I got a taste of your love (Oh yeah)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh, woah)

[Verse 3: Wiz Khalifa (Ty Dolla $ign)]
Girl, you look just like something out a magazine (Zine)
You smell great, know your body clean (Yeah)
Them niggas been on you since you was a teen (Teen)
Now you grown up, and I’m a boss, I’m just showing love (Love)
Smell like kush when I’m rolling up (Roll)
So much bank, I can fold it up (Fold)
It’s so good, got you calling up (Call)
Tryna kick it with a nigga like, uhh (Brr, oom)

[Chorus: Ty Dolla $ign]
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh)
‘Cause I can’t stop loving you (Oh yeah)
Since I got a taste of your love (Oh yeah)
Baby, come give me something new (Ooh, woah)

[VIDEO] The Dopest Animated Promo! Check Out “Ye vs. The People!”

Kanye West has definitely become one of the most controversial people on the planet. Whereas we loved him for his crazy style and bravado, nowadays people–especially Black people–have mixed feelings about him following his commentary on slavery, basically stating it was a choice. One of the opponents to his thoughts and point of view has been none other than the self-proclaimed, “King of The South,” TI.

Interestingly, most people have not been hip to the buzz that Kanye West and TI dropped a single called Ye vs. The People,  where both of the rappers presented their sides of the argument, with TI being the self-appointed “Voice of The People.” Producer, Cory Mo, and animator, Cartoon Buck, released an animated music video for the single and we LOVE it!

The video really captivates both sides of the argument and perhaps is how a real rap debate should go–where people actually listen to each others’ sides and agree to disagree. We met Cory Mo, through author, screenwriter, and producer, Kimberly Jones (About Him, About Her). “Me and my partner did an animated video for Big Boi’s single he dropped about six months ago, the one by Big Boi, Gucci, and Pimp C [“In The South”]. When that song came out I felt the message was just so dope that we had to go with this song. We haven’t really presented to them, but we did it to let them know we do animated videos.”Cory Mo reveals.

Surprisingly Corey Mo remains mostly neutral when it comes to taking sides, seeing validity in both of their arguments. “I’m not necessarily on either side. I understand TI 100%, but Kanye isn’t really saying anything malicious. They both have valid points. He’s just fucked up, wearing that maggot hat thinking he’s going to change people…I felt its a dope ass message and people need to see the shit. Me and my boy, [Cartoon] Buck, are just with it and trying to put our footprint on the thing.”

Cory Mo and Cartoon Buck are super talented and we are really hoping this animated music video goes viral! Check out their other aforementioned video below, In The South! Happy viewing!
