Batman and Robin, Captain America and Bucky, Green Arrow and Speedy–these are just a few of comics’ greatest Dynamic Duos. Each of these pairings have the power, bond, and means to overcome just about any obstacle, but can they maintain a romance simultaneously? That’s where Marvel Comics’ Ant-Man & The Wasp come into place! These pint-sized heroes have finally made their paired debut on the Big Screen with lots of laugh, loves, and even BIGGER action!

When we last saw Scott Lang, aka the second “Ant-Man,” he was in Captain America: Civil War, where he was recruited by Captain America to fight off Iron Man and a few other heroes to save Winter Soldier and stop Baron Zemo. However, Scott was subsequently arrested for his actions and placed on house arrest for two years, alienating himself from Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), the original Ant-Man and his daughter, Hope Van Dyne. Flash forward to present day and Hope has become a superhero herself, operating with her father and utilizing a modified version of her mother, Janet’s (Michelle Phifer), Wasp suit equipped with wings and “stingers” that can fire blasts of electrical energy. Hank may have discovered a means of rescuing Janet from the Quantum Universe just as the latter telepathically reaches out to Scott. Hope and Hank reluctantly enlist Scott’s help in saving her, but a mysterious villain with quantum powers of her own, Ghost, wants their technology for herself. Scott and Hope will have to team up as Ant-Man and Wasp to not only save Janet, but keep Hank’s shrinking technology out of the government and organized crimes’ clutches!

We have to say this film was pretty good. The story line and plot prove that Marvel can still do some pretty awesome smaller movies after Avengers: Infinity War–which, without spoiling anything, will play a part in this film. However, the real star of the film is Evangeline Lilly’s Wasp! She not only proved herself to be a superior fighter, hero, and partner, but kept us on our toes. She could definitely go toe to toe with Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow! Paul Rudd is definitely the funny man in the film as Scott/Ant-Man, and we definitely love the humor, but we would really have liked to see his character cut loose a little more.

Marvel definitely is working on how it deals with its villains. Alas, we have another villain we can sympathize with in “Ghost” (Hannah John-Kamen). Making the character female and placing her fighting skills on par with Wasp’s gave us the rivalry we live for. Also, those phasing powers were pretty amazing–Shadowcat or Phantom Girl much? Bill Foster’s (Lawrence Fishburne) appearance was also amazing. In the comics he is Goliath, with a power set similar to Giant-Man’s, is one of Marvel’s first Black superheroes.

All in all, we are definitely hoping for another Ant-Man and Wasp film IF the ramifications of another Marvel event are rectified. Were you marked safe during Infinity War?

Disney is about to have another hit on its hands–a “Frozen” one! Yep Elsa and Anna are back for in Frozen 2 and we could not be more excited! It was announced nearly two years ago Frozen would be having a sequel and it is on its way this November. When we last left Aarendale, the home of our favorite Ice Queen and her sister, the two were enjoying being together and Elsa was now using her powers out in the open among her friends and subjects. In the sequel, it seems, we are not in Aarendale anymore and Elsa, Anna, and the rest of the gang are set for a new adventure.

From the trailer we see things may be a bit grimmer this time around in the wold of Frozen. Else seems to be using her powers to try and a get across the ocean with little success thanks to a few killer waves, and Anna is ready to fight someone off with Kristoff’s sword!

There is also a mysterious girl with leaves floating around her, similar to how snow flurries surround Elsa. Does she have autumn-based or nature powers? Is she the bad guy? Are there others with powers in Aarendale? We have so many questions! One thing for sure is that the hype around this movie is already extreme. This teaser trailer alone has already become the most viewed animated trailer of all time with 116.4 million views in just twenty-four hours!

We guess we will have to wait for more trailers and November to see what is going on, be sure to check back her in the meantime for more information and Frozen 2 fun!

he talented actor and husband of Black Panther star, Angela Bassett, did not tiptoe around some questions about the superhero film’s upcoming sequel at Sunday’s 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Vance, 58, joined his wife on the carpet ahead of Black Panther’s big wins, and the couple spoke with ET’s Nischelle Turner about the importance of the film and the highly anticipated second installment.

When asked if “everybody” would be coming back for the sequel, Bassett replied, “I would assume so.”

Vance quickly cut her off, noting, “Yes, just go ahead and say it, yes! Everyone will be there, including Michael B.”

Michael B. Jordan as “Eric Killmonger”

Michael B. Jordan’s villainous character, Eric Killmonger, seemingly died in the first film, but Bassett, 60, notes, “[We didn’t technically see him] go into the ocean, no.”

Jordan has previously confirmed to ET that director Ryan Coogler will be back for Black Panther 2, adding, “I know nothing else about it!” Could this also mean that even more presumed dead stars will be back after 2018’s epic final scene of Avengers: Infinity War? Possibly. How about including Vance in the MCU?

“Yeah, he could come into Wakanda!” Bassett declared of her husband.

“I just like the way it changed society,” Vance said of the film. “It was all about Wakanda forever. And those kind of films, when they come around you’ve got to lift them up… For me, that movie changed society, so give it what it’s due.”

Bassett agreed, noting, “A movie of this style, it has a hard time. It’s accepted by the audiences, of course it’s a global sensation, all of that, but the award [shows] tend to push them to the side. But it’s such a well-crafted, well-made, beautiful story — big moments, big themes, and I think it’s so utterly worthy.”

Thanks for the spoiler Courtney! We are sure Marvel Studios is going to change some things around at this point thanks to this news. We also doubt he will make an appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since he cannot keep his mouth shut. Then again, there’s always room for him in Wakanda, he’s no “colonizer.”
